anyone well versed in the ntune performance?

im running a 680i evga mobo with the latest nforce and my 8800 gts evga gcard.

basically i want to know if the built in "tune" tool that auto adjusts timings/power across the board to improve performance works well. Will it actually tightly tune my system to squeeze out extra power? or will it just oc' some parts that i would rather manually do

anyone tested?

i used it for awhile, didn't find it all that stable, so I just stuck to OC'ing via BIOS, overall much happier, OC the gfx manually nvidia control panel
