I am having difficulty removing a program from a computer at work. It is Trend Micro Security Agent which is not updating itself (among other errors) and the uninstaller seems to error every time we try to remove it. I have admin access on both the server level and local level. I need someone to recommend a good free software removal program that would help in this process. Windows does not seem to want to cooperate.
Thanks
PS) I have already tried stopping all related processes to the program and it still will not let us remove it, just in case some of you were wondering. 9/14/2007 9:32:25 AM |

try reinstallig it. It might give you an option to uninstall/remove when you run it. If that doesn't work reinstall it, then try the uninstall again. 9/14/2007 2:18:23 PM |

just for the sake of mentioning it, you may want to look on Trend Micro's website, to see if they have manual uninstall instructions, similar to what Symantec offers. Something that will list the files and registry entries that you need to delete, etc. 9/14/2007 10:47:47 PM |
