sorry dude, if 6 guys jump a guy and beat him about the head and face, they are attempting to murder him. the one guy i heard about is lucky to only be dealing with conspiracy and assault charges, and not the attempted murder or some sort of federal hate crime addition to his sentence. he was convicted by an all white jury based on the evidence, thats the big problem... right? cause from what i've seen lately if it had been a black jury he would have walked just because of race.

If I was there, I would have done the same thing. After the nooses were hung, the guys had to go through months of "incidents" including being attacked by a bunch of whites at a party. I'm pretty sure that after months most people would snap. I'm pretty surprised at Jackleg; he's saying all this, and I know he'd be one of the first to snap.
