we're 10 mins from Rolesville, yes

it's only a 20 min commute from our driveway to the airport (so it's an easy drive into the RTP area)

It is on the Raleigh side of 540 (near Triangle townscenter) - I haven't ever considered it BFE..... it was the closest, newest, non-townhouse we could afford to RTP that also had a yard we could keep our dogs in...... out next house will be out even farther.... somewhere even I would consider it BFE

That house is not very expensive and we just paid considerably more for a house. TWW is not a bad place to put out the word that your house is for sale.

Hrmm, I am interested in this and potentially in the market. When is your target time you are looking at selling this?

Reason being is that I wasn't aiming to make a purchase til December - Feb timeframe b/c im getting married Nov 17th.

And there's no way I can manage the stress with aquiring a wife with acquiring a home. OVERLOAD.

I can vouch that the sellers are AWESOME people.

helping with closing costs is a big plus.



I got married and then closed on our house exactly one month later. It wasn't a problem for us.
