basically im looking for a tool that will convert english words into their transliterated foreign analogs....like arabic and cyrillic into latin letters

i tried out the cyrillic transliterator and it's decent even though it's for serbian, but you'll have to translate it with google. you can download an arabic program at: http://www.basistech.com/arabic-editor/ it's not free but there's a trial version, likewise you'll have to translate first with google[Edited on September 29, 2007 at 2:22 AM.
