Just thought I would go ahead and throw this out, I'm graduating and looking for someone to take over my lease. University Meadows on Kent Rd. 1 room in a 4 bedroom/4 bath apt. $310/month plus 1/4 utilities (around $50 for cable, power, water, and wireless internet). Apartment has washer and dryer, sunroom, garbage disposal, the normal furnishings. Very quiet place to live, 3 male roommates that do not drink or party at all.
