i usually get an hour or 2 of that a night at least before i get up and go to bed..

I have a hard time going back to sleep if I crash on the couch. I guess its because I then wash my face, brush my teeth, and pee before I actually get in the bed. 10/10/2007 11:50:17 PM

Yeah, you definately get REM like this, but it isn't worth the neck/upper back problems. Just get up when you know you're almost there and fall face first into bed. You'll be out in about 4 seconds for the rest of the night. 10/11/2007 7:20:23 AM
