My girlfriend is looking for a roommate to take over her lease. It is a nice two bedroom one bathroom apartment right off of Wade Avenue. Quadraplex with great yard and private, convenient parking lot. Walk from campus. $300 a month including water/sewer. Her roommate is a current Junior in design at State and is a laid back and fun girl. Would like to get rid of lease NOW but will wait for fall semester to end.

The living room and kitchen are furnished. All appliances included. She is paying $347 a month but she needs to get rid of it so she'll pay the rest of the $47 till it ends in May for you. She'll just write the check out to you.
