Ive got a 2bed/2bath place at Rhynes Gate and have been trying to find a roommate. It is across from the McKimmon Center by the intersection of Western and Gorman. It is about a 25 minute walk to Harrelson and is right across from a wolfline stop that is never full. The place is very new and the room measures about 12x13 with a bathroom that has sink, shower, toilet, etc. The family room is furnished with a couch and chair with a flat screen. The rent is 450 + electric. The wireless, cable, parking, washer & dryer and water are all included in the 450. Im a 23 y/o graduate student and would prefer someone at ncsu or near my age. I do not have a pref between girls or guys. Im really easy going so I would prefer an open type apartment.
