Is the best way to travel from Raleigh to West Point to just fly into one of the NYC airports and drive up?

Supposed to go to a wedding there and not familiar with the area/logistics

go to wally word, get on of the GPS things, no longer have to worry about directions, around $300. My sister has one and I think I will be getting one in the next couple days.

directions are not the issue, plus i have google maps on my phone

im saying, overall is that the best overall travel plan

or is there a better airport to fly into

Stewart International Airport is right next to West Point . . . . . that's probably your best plan if you can find a decent flight in there.

yeah i havent checked but something tells me it's probably just as expensive to fly to NYC, get a car and drive up as it is to fly in to Stewart direct..., if not more, guess i need to start watching fares and do some research
