Has anyone heard of this? I have a dog, cat, chinchilla, gerbils, and a mouse...but 6 months ago I got guinea pigs and my allergies have gone through the roof.

Is there anything I can do? I don't want to have to sell them.

I am allergic to guinea pigs. My allergy is a dermatological one. I break out in horrific welts/rashes wherever the guinea pigs touch me. There really wasn't anything that I could do about it. I was given a topical cream to apply, but I ended up having to find a new home for my guinea pigs because of it.
