Nice, well furnished apartment in Univirsity Woods. 4 bedroom/4 bathrooms. Only $310 a month, utilities paid seperately, but cheap! Free cable, free internet (just need an ethernet cord and I will give you my s/n and password for the internet!) and electric bill normally costs any where from $20-$30 per person. Great neighbors, very friendly. Nice roommates. Very quiet

i live on the non party side.... but you can still hear those bastards on the other side. ( since my bedroom faces their side )


the walls are paper thin, so if some people decide to have a party at your building you're pretty much fucked if you have to go to sleep early.

Well this apartment isnt right by the road, it faces the parking lot. You really cant hear the parties over there and no one in this building parties over here. If they do they go elsewhere. Its building 2011, apt 201 and I REALLY need to find someone ASAP. Willing to take off some of the first month's rent if someone is interested.
