It's probably poor circulation to the feet, unfortunately nothing can really be done to stop it short of increasing the temperature of everything around you. And chances are putting slippers on will just make your feet cold and sweaty.

My feet are rarely warm as well.

I will never forget the winter night that I was calmly asleep in my bed, nestled under the covers.... warm. I was probably dreaming about teddy bears, steak, bonfires, or some ill shit like that. Then I was abruptly shaken from my perfect world when my ex-girlfriend....in from a night out with friends, and cold.... climbed into bed and grabbed on to me to "cuddle".

Her very skin was cold to the touch.... her hands, like ice cubes. Her feet, like snowballs. I truly wanted to kill her.
