It feels like I've been pounding my head into a wall.

I hate them as well. What is causing your tension? 10/29/2007 1:56:21 PM

Well I work fulltime and go to night class for my MBA 3.5 hours every night M-Th. It's probably just overtiredness more than anything else but I suppose that could cause some underlying stress...
^ just stress likely, even if you don't feel stressed out.

see, some of these times I didn't feel stressed out. I haven't had one in a few months (had a few normal headaches recently, but that's it). This semester, I haven't felt stress at all. Good schedule, no problems with other people, good amount of sleep/food, etc. So, you're right, it must have been stress.
I hope yours goes away, it really sucks. Try to get more sleep if you can. ![](images/smile.gif) 10/29/2007 2:04:59 PM

I get tension headaches and migraines from stress... I'd say I have one of those at least once a week. They will hurt so bad that it will make me naseous and get sick. I have TMJ from clenching my teeth from all the stress and that will lead into headaches too.
I recently got some immitrex for migraines and holy crap, what a magic magic pill!!!
so I do feel your pain! Excedrin + a nap can work wonders!!! 10/29/2007 3:00:45 PM

SAME HERE! I puke at times!! Excedrin Migraine was my wonder drug before being preggers. I was prescribed Tylenol 3 but I hated how it made me feel. Hmmmm....immitrex. I also need a grind guard! 10/29/2007 3:04:12 PM

yes, immitrex works extremely well, just take it as soon as you feel like you're going to have a monster headache! 10/29/2007 3:24:19 PM
