In a way, I feel sorry for the Chris Paolini. In my mind some hack hollywood drones worked him up into making a big movie so they could score some quick bucks, while trashing what integrity and soul the largely unoriginal books had. Of course, I have no idea how the movie making and screenwriting took place, so maybe Paolini was just easily duped or had an active hand in the movie making.
I just figure, if you can make a workable movie with some integrity by using the dialog in LOTR, you can do justice to about anything. 10/30/2007 11:30:08 AM |
