ive been Googling this for days and i can not get it to work. no manual and no code search button. i have programmed it before and it worked great but the batteries fell out. it is a Philips universal remote (originally for a directv) and my TV is a Daewoo. i have tried holding down 1 + 3 and entering a 3-digit code that i found online but nothing works! any help

Tried that on a car once but it didn't work, either.

I had a Daewoo TV at one point in time. I could never get it to work with my universal remote. I suggest getting a self-programming remote.

Ive got a Daewoo DVD player and I thought I had lost my remote so I tried programing a universal remote I had and never could get it to program. I tried a shitton of codes and eventually gave up, then I found my original remote.
