i've only ever been to dmvs in pennsylvania, but they were always cash/money order only.

although this has already been established.

the only ones i've been to are the one on avent ferry, the main one on new bern ave, and the one in cary.

my favorite one of the three has to be the one on avent ferry



i got there at 4:59, RAN up to the glass door

i got there as the woman was locking the door

she saw me, i made my sad pathetic puppy dog face and looked at her hopefully

she smiled, laughed, and unlocked the door

gave me a ticket and said "now go sit over there and wait, sugar... i don't do that for just anybody"

No State of NC office accepts credit or debit for payment. Lots of Wake county or city or Raleigh/ city of Cary places do, but no state offices.
