i make damn good pork chops
seasoned with some rosemary, sage, and parsley
grilled with a little olive oil
topped with a sweet onion orange jam (just onions, garlic, orange jam, and balsamic vinegar reduced down for a couple hours) 11/7/2007 9:14:03 PM

I lived with my Italian girlfriend in Raleigh NC for a few years, we went to more than a few parties with NCSU students, some dumb bint actually asked her "What language do they speak in Italy?"
How the fuck do these people get into college?" |

brown them and put them in the crockpot is a good way to keep them moist... just put a little water/seasoning in the bottom for steam and cook it on low for a few hrs... longer and it will fall apart but that is still good 11/8/2007 12:43:55 AM

Evan, that sounds like a lot like what I'm cooking for my gf Thursday. But it's a recipe that I have never tried before. Hopefully all goes well. 11/13/2007 12:19:18 AM
