this is the RoHS edition of the 7900GT 256mb, the edition when all the memory artifacts issues were corrected. 256-P2-N584-AR

This is also a KO edition of the 7900GT series, which were clocked higher with better stock cooling.

I am running the Zalman FC-ZV9 GPU Cooler

Review: http://www.tweaknews.net/reviews/fatal1ty_gpu_cooler/

Here is the actual card:

Here is a picture of the 1.55V Volt-Mod I performed. This was done using circuit writer and the voltage was confirmed with a volt meter. I have had zero issues from this card in stability or anything for that matter.

The card has been rock solid at 750/1700 for about 5 months now, temps are normally around 39C Idle and 65C Load on the 69 Series drivers however now on the new drivers I see temps upwards of 76C in Crysis. Still no issues from the card in any way.

1080p out of this thing is great and it does an awesome job playing HD Media through PureVideo.

This card performs well in BioShock @ 1280x1024 resolution and very well in games like TF2 and HL2:EP2. Crysis is very playable on this video card, but not at the resolution I am using (1920x1200). This card can handle Crysis Med Settings @ 1280x1024 and get 25-35fps.

$110.00

This mod has been done by thousands of people and it loads less than most cards idle. If you don't want to buy a volt modded card then dont buy one.

Plus it is still backed by an eVGA Lifetime Warranty. All you have to do is wipe off the circuit writer with some rubbing alcohol and reinstall the factory heat sink (which I will include) and eVGA will replace the card if it ever goes out.

I know of a few guys who pushed their cards to 1.65V and had to do this to get a new replacement.

eVGA's Warranty covers overclocking and after market heat sinks.

Just want to say that this card is amazing for dx9 at high resolutions for last generation's standards and at a medium to low resolution for today's standards. My friend had a volt modded KO for at least a year and it was nothing short of awesome. The Fatal1ty Zalman cooler alone cost 50 bucks and far outweighs the crappo reference nvidia heatsink that came with it, so I highly doubt the volt mod will destroy this card unless you're seriously a beast overclocker, and if you are, you probably wouldn't have this card right now anyway.
