Actually, there are those that do have the speech pattern described above. Granted, such verbage is usually concerning the truly "gangstah" or the "wannaba" with very little gray area in between. Words when typed phonetically resemble the aforementioned but you will notice that even this simple task was hammered by the author.

Obviously, it is a salt of the earth, pillar of society, kind of individual that uses such prose.
