So I'm getting back to Raleigh mid December and will be leaving mid May. My friend is looking to get outta his lease and join me. He's graduating in May, but may still need a place to stay over the summer.

We're looking for an apartment/townhouse near campus, preferably on a Wolfline. And cheap of course.

It's kinda complicated, but does anyone know of something that would work, like someone cooping in the spring semester and looking for a sub-leaser? or two?


I'm not really expecting any positive responses.

Yea if my friend gets stuck in his lease I might be looking for a 1 bedroom, but for now I'll need 2. I wouldn't wanna share a 1 bedroom with another dude, esp because we both have gfs. That could get weird.
