I'm thinking of moving in December and currently have a 1 BR 1 Bath apartment in Ivy Commons. I have the lease until May. If someone were to be interested, I would move out around the 14-15th and would be willing to let who ever wanted to move in have the rest of the month to move their stuff in before school started in the Spring. Just includes rent. People have cats in these places, so I dont see it as a big deal. This unit also has a dishwasher and its own washer/dryer. Its half a block from Centennial Campus. It has two bus routes that run directly to campus, Fraternity Court and Avent Ferry, as well as Werewolf Route A at night. The landlord lives in Avery Close, so you can walk next door to pay rent and he's cool and gets stuff taken care of. I'll be able to show tomorrow or this weekend.

PS- This is also a first floor room, so its easy to move in/out, plus it has a large enclosed brick patio.
