assuming those are burberry, probably a neiman marcus/saks/nordstrom

but i dont know if youre aiming for real burberry(beyond the fact that they're pink, it definitely doesnt even look like the burberry plaid) or just boots that look exactly like that

I bought my wife some boots similar to that last christmas from Tractor Supply...not sure if there is one of those around Raleigh or not.

They have some at J Crew, but they're pretty expensive for what you get. They also have adorable ones at Banana Republic, but they're even MORE expensive... but they pass for work-appropriate if that interests you. I got my last pair at Macy's, and right now they also have a great selection at Target - very cute.

And the Burberry ones are also at Saks
