Are YOU Looking For a Place to Live in the New Year?

I am looking for someone who wants to live with a roommate in a townhome starting January ‘08. If you are outgoing and laidback…keep reading.

1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom townhome available at University Apartments off of Avent Ferry Road (1 block from Centennial Campus)

• ONLY $236.50 rent (we prefer leasing to someone between the ages of 18-25 but we keep our options open)
• Utilities, water, and furniture NOT included. Living room is already furnished. No pets.
• Townhome features a living room, 1.5 baths, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, storage space in attic, and small backyard area. Washer and Dryer not included…but we have a creek out back (that was a joke…)
• Walking distance from Mission Valley, Avent Ferry Shopping Center, and NCSU Campus.
• Access to 9-feet deep SWIMMING POOL. (Great for the summer…What more can you ask for?)

please post to this if you are interested.
