And no, im not discriminating, Heather needs a girl roommate otherwise her parents would stop paying for her college if she roommed with a guy.

And I dont think a picture of her is necessary.

its only discrimination if you are in the BUSINESS of renting. Anybody who has a room to rent out can rent to anyone they want and deny for any reason they see fit.


if you are a real estate agent, leasing agent, or anything other than the OWNER of the home, you have to follow those rules, or whatever applies to your state & Federal laws
