the Wal-Mart here in SC had exactly 2. One for the Xbox 360 and one for the PS3. I watched a guy buy the PS3 one (with a brand new PS3) and I bought the one for the 360.

Just got back from Best Buy in Winston-Salem. They had 3 palettes of Rock Band for 360 sitting out in the middle of the store.
