definitely not me - I park that cruise control @ like 7 over and eat sunflower seeds to keep me occupied. Freaking 2 hour drive every weekend.

Where was the ticket written? Wake County doesn't offer a driving class.

I told him to just pay the $110 and get over it, but he wants to do the driving class to get out for free. My times worth more than that (it's like a 3 day class - 3 saturdays or something).

don't use that for 9 over. If you go to court and pay the 9 over, it won't affect your insurance or points. I don't think hiring an attorney will much help cuz it was in wake county i assume and you can't get IE here. I would just go, dress nicely, and pay up. You might get a break.
