Can anyone help? I'm looking for a 2 or 3 bdrm apt. Don't want to pay more than 750 a month. But all my student loans have kicked in (currently working on getting them deferred), Medical bills, credit cards etc. Just graduated last december, so I finally found a job worth paying something.

Does anyone know of lax apartment complexes or ones that don't do credit checks?

You won't find any 'nice' places that don't require credit checks. You'll basically have to pay a pretty high security deposit and show proof of income.

some places also won't consider school loans when evaluating your credit. It will still show up in a credit check, but they don't really count it against you.

Any place I can think of thats a 3 bdr for that cheap is NOT going to be nice AT ALL.

Maybe a 1 bdr

The way the thread title is punctuated insinuates that you have answers, not questions.

How about wilmington? Thats the only port i can think of in NC that could accomodate a 'thug-lina'.

if you find out, let me know. We're pretty much stuck in our current 2 bdrm appartment because everywhere else we've applied has denied us due to our credit.

My brother may have a large bedroom and small bedroom available in his place in February. The large bedroom is the master and the small bedroom is small. I think he'd want ($500 for the master and $300 for the small room). You'd each pay 1/3 of utilities. He is currently getting $550 for the master bedroom. It has a huge walk in closet & bathroom. The small room is a small bedroom with a shared bathroom. He has a large dog, so you must be dog friendly.
