This is something I started posting on packpride.com back in 2003. I base it on what the wolfpack did that year.



The 12 Wolfpack Days of Christmas 2007 (scan to the bottom for the quick list)

On the first day of Christmas my Wolfpack gave to me, a win vs UNC (football)

On the second day of Christmas my Wolfpack gave to me, 2 QB's tried and a win vs UNC.

On the third day of Christmas my Wolfpack gave to me, 3 Old Spice thrillers, 2 QB's tried, and a win vs UNC.

On the forth day of Christmas my Wolfpack gave to me, 4 goals let in (ACC men's soccer tournament UVA 4 NCSU 1), 3 Old Spice thrillers, 2 QB's tried, and a win vs UNC.

On the fifth day of Christmas my Wolfpack gave to me FIVE FOOTBALL WINS!, 4 goals let in, 3 Old Spice thrillers, 2 QB's tried, and a win vs UNC.

On the sixth day of Christmas my Wolfpack gave to me, 6 soccer wins, FIVE FOOTBALL WINS!, 4 goals let in, 3 Old Spice thrillers, 2 QB's tried, and a win vs UNC.

On the seventh day of Christmas my Wolfpack gave to me, 7 football losses, 6 soccer wins, FIVE FOOTBALL WINS!, 4 goals let in, 3 Old Spice thrillers, 2 QB's tried, and a win vs UNC.

On the eighth day of Christmas my Wolfpack gave to me, 8 runs that game (NCSU 8 FSU 6), 7 football losses, 6 soccer wins, FIVE FOOTBALL WINS!, 4 goals let in, 3 Old Spice thrillers, 2 QB's tried, and a win vs UNC.

On the 9th day of Christmas my Wolfpack gave to me, 9 places from first (Dance team finished 10th at the nationals), 8 runs that game, 7 football losses, 6 soccer wins, FIVE FOOTBALL WINS!, 4 goals let in, 3 Old Spice thrillers, 2 QB's tried, and a win vs UNC.

On the tenth day of Christmas my Wolfpack gave to me, 10 threads complaining, 9 places from first, 8 runs that game, 7 football losses, 6 soccer wins, FIVE FOOTBALL WINS!, 4 goals let in, 3 Old Spice thrillers, 2 QB's tried, and a win vs UNC.

On the eleventh day of Christmas my Wolfpack gave to me, 11 players slacking (last football game), 10 threads complaining, 9 places from first, 8 runs that game, 7 football losses, 6 soccer wins, FIVE FOOTBALL WINS!, 4 goals let in, 3 Old Spice thrillers, 2 QB's tried, and a win vs UNC.

on the twelfth day of Christmas my Wolfpack gave to me, 12 months that frustrate, 11 players slacking, 10 threads complaining, 9 places from first, 8 runs that game, 7 football losses, 6 soccer wins, FIVE FOOTBALL WINS!, 4 goals let in, 3 Old Spice thrillers, 2 QB's tried, and a win vs UNC.

This list is kind of sad but true.

-We are frustrated for 12 months every year
-our football team slacked off in their last game
-message boards aren't fun to read when we lose
-the dance team along with the cheerleaders seem to be the only consistant top 10 teams we have and the judges didn't seem to like them last spring at the nationals
-Yes Brackman pitched a good game vs FSU, but overall the team struggled and he did too for most of the season while fighting through injury.
-another losing season in football.
-another losing season in soccer.
-another losing season in football, but it was better than last year.
-we choked in the ACC men's soccer tournament.
-the Old Spice Classic title was nice, but I still would have liked to see them play a little better.
-Evans or Beck????????????????
-THANK GOODNESS!!!!!!! We finally beat UNC in football!

Ok, so I made a list for the years 2003, 2004, and 2005, but skipped 2006. I don't remember 2003, or 2005, but I did find the 2004 list laying in my box of note cards and scrap paper.

12 Wolfpack Days of Christmas 2004

12 personal fouls
11 fair weather fans
10 ten yard penalties
9 innings pitched (Sterry and Rogers both pitched 9 inning at #1 Texas in a Saturday Double Header we won 2-0 and 1-0)
8 soccer wins
7 fans a booing
6 football losses
5 FOOTBALL WINS!
4 bad QB's (Davis, Stone, Evans, and Moore)
3 bitter rivals (Wake, UNC, Duke)
2 wood chopping coaches (Amato even used the term "wood chopping" like Herb)
and a restraining order on B4C

Let me explain #1, I wasn't a student at State back then and my mom was sick. The two of us have been buying season basketball tickets together for a while now, but after her surgery she wasn't supposed to go anywhere for about a month, so I had to go to the games alone since no one would ever take her ticket. So, I just went and sat by my friends in the student section behind the dance team. The guard down there at that time was a real jerk and alway kicked me out if he saw me sitting down there. At the end of the year he tried to claim that the dance team had asked security to no longer allow me to sit behind them which wasn't true. After he kicked me out one night I went back about 2 rows and hid in the crowd. Later one of the girls turned around and told me I could sit by them if I wanted to. People over on packpride.com started to joke about how the dance team put a "Restraining Order" on me which wasn't true though.

wolfpacker, I'm not creepy I just chose to fill up the empty seats in 2004 that the students didn't take. Back then during non-conference basketball season most people sitting in the student section either sat in the wrong seat, or didn't even have student tickets. No one cared either, besides the guard that used to sit next to the State bench. He used to kick out all of the non-students. He was on a power rush.
