I am graduating in December and will be moving away from Raleigh, so looking for a female to sublease from January ( can be as early as Dec 22)- July 31, 2008 at Village Green Apartments on Lake Wheeler Rd. Have one bedroom available in a 4 bedroom apartment for $440/ month, all utilities included (electric, water, internet, cable, etc…). The apartment comes with a furnished bedroom/living room and includes washer and dryer. The room also includes a private bathroom, mini-fridge, and walk-in closet, cable hook up, and alarm system. Village Green Apartments is a gated community with gym, pool, and computer lab access. Located near NCSU, Meredith, and Wake Tech. Shuttle service available to NC State. I currently live with three great roommates. They are quiet, respectful, and keep a clean apartment. I have lived here for over a year and have never had any problems with those in the office. Definitely a great place to live! There is a $200 fee, no security deposit (and you can keep mine at the end of the lease), and $35 application fee. Please contact me for any further information.

HAHA very funny, smart of you to pick up on that. I don't really like to admit I came from Forest Hills though!
