I have a 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme LS 3.1L motor. It has a new battery and alternator. The starter sounded fine when it did work. Now when I turn the key, it does nothing. It has done this once before and we replaced the battery and it started working again.......for about 2 weeks. Something is causing the battery to drain quickly and I think it has to do with the wiring from the alternator or the ignition. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it might be? 11/29/2007 6:06:33 PM |

run live update...that usually fixes any issues where the hardware refuses to start
if that doesn't take care of it, restart into safe mode (make sure you keep the red to the positive and the black to the negative...this can be accomplished through holding down F2)
also, try new RAM 11/29/2007 6:12:40 PM |
