^They've got those accessways up in the stacks. Although they barely could be called a balcony, its a decent place to take a smoke break, its back in the stacks, far left stairwell access opposite of the 3 stack elevators. Sucks because the brick wall that keeps you from jumping is latticed and you really cant get a nice view out of it, and its an outdoor accessway to a stairwell, sorta like the ones you see on Dabney/Cox so its kinda small.
