Is there a program that will take an picture file and spit out an ISO file that you can burn so that the bottom of the disc has a picture on it?

he wants a program that will take an image (like a .jpg), and convert it into junk data, and when the junk data is burned onto a disk, the burn pattern on it makes into that image...which perhaps is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of in my life.

some bsrf guys did this about 3 years ago, where there was a 1gb divx burned onto a dvd and then 3gb of junk that came out to a zigzag pattern around the outside rings of the disc.

This would be lightscribe but on the non-label side of the disc.
