I live in a 4 BR house in Tryon Pines, a neighborhood off of tryon rd, across from the RGA Golf course. My two current roommates will be moving out this december and i am looking to fill one room. That room is the master bedroom, which has its own bathroom. I am really just looking for someone to split the bills with and who is a good roommate. Rent will be 325, not including utilities which will run around 150 monthly. The room is only for rent for this coming up spring semester.

I have had a wretched experience with an old roommate who was random and would like to meet whomever would want to live here first.

There is a yard, back porch, and the house has all appliances that makes a house a house.

Requirements:

Clean - wash your dishes, take out trash....wipe down baller cutting board when used (must)
Respectful
wont punch holes in the wall
no pets
laid back

Wants in a roommate

one who drinks
one who will chill outside on the porch, no matter what the weather
