My roommate is graduating and moving out in December so I need to find a roommate to move in and sign a lease with me. The apartments are called Cameron Court and are awesome. They are two blocks from Glenwood South and about at 15 minute walk to NC State's campus. Hardwood floors, huge windows that overlook a gorgeous courtyard with large oak trees. Free wireless. The room is 11*10 with one large window, one small window, and a closet that is a little over four feet long. Also additional closet space for linens, coat closet, and storage area in basement.

I am looking for a relaxed but clean roommate. I don't party but work till about 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays and then will go out and have a drink if I am not too tired. I have a dog so I would prefer not to have another dog in the apartment but am willing to have a dog meet and greet to consider it, the same with cats. I am up every morning between 7:30 and 8. I am a student and would not mind living with another student provided you are responsible and considerate. I am a 23yr. old female studying chemistry and creative writing.

power is avearge 70 per month, so 35 each
rather not have cable but don't really care either way
