i have a feeling that this won't come to much in the courts. but it's an interesting case certainly. i really don't like michael savage. and this certainly doesn't do wonders for him in my mind. maybe he has some sort of case as far as copyright goes or libel. i don't know. his contention is that the quotes are out of context. but if you could sue for posting quotes without context, every news station would face a barrage of suits every day.
