I need to find a place to live starting in January of 2008. I have a small beagle who loves people. I've been looking at 1 bedroom places and may just go for that, but I was hoping to find something a little more cost-efficient!

we could definitely work something out. DNL's got the numbers right. Your beagle is definitely welcome but there is a charge for pet fees you'd pay to Kensington Park, should be the same cost that you would pay if you move into Gorman Crossing. PM me.
