"I am looking for someone to take over my lease from now until the end of the semester. Preferrably a female. I already paid January's rent - so you can live a month for FREE! I recently moved out of this apt. and into a new place due to a career change. The place I'm trying to lease is my 2 bed/ 2 bath apt. shared with one female roomate. Yes, your own bed and bathroom! The apt. is immaculate. Huge kitchen, new washer and dryer, living/ dinning room, and balcony. Resident (and guest) parking spaces, pool, basketball court, tanning beds, fitness center, rec room, computer lab, etc. Bus runs to ECU's campus on the five every 20 minutes.
