Order the parts, pay someone on here to build it.

I'd suggest spending your time on learning the difference between THEIR and THERE.
And thats now what your thread title or 1st post suggested you were asking about.
And there are also a dozen other threads about this in TT.
That being said, just go order all the stuff off of NewEgg

core2 duo or quad. kinda your call. i think, and am probably wrong, but a c2d would be a little better for what you want
parting it yourself will yield slightly better overall parts than cyberpower, but their prices are pretty close to parting it from newegg i've found.
