I mean they may not have, but anything involving sex and kids gets prosecuted regardless if people wanna press charges doesn't it?

If my kid (male kid/female teacher) was in that situation I would probably do the same thing. Its one of those things like its going to affect his life a lot more if you let him get drug through testifying in court and being interrogated about it.
