I've got used HP iPAQ 6315 - smartphone. But it has WiFi and bluetooth, windows pocket. Everything works fine. http://www.mobiletechreview.com/iPAQ_6315.htm
You can also use it as cell phone. It's unlocked for any GSM provider. I can also include 1gb SD card, bluetooth headset and leather case for it. Wall charger.
It is really good devise, but too heavy IMHO to wear it everyday on your belt.
I've got a lot of software for it. And the best was google map prog, which saves visited maps and you can check them even without inet connection. And lots of other interesting stuff.
