I think that it is rediculous that they lifted the restrictions some in the first damn place!!! How stupid is this dang city?! Restrictions should be in place and enforced until we catch up on those 24 inches (maybe more now, I'm not really sure). If you are watering your lawn, you should be arrested in front of your children and have to pay a fine.
