ok negros, its time for me to make me a custom shifter.

i was going with this :

but i figured i might want something else.

i have a stock shifter and was going to add the following, and will accept ideas also.

i dunno, i like that bent shifter with the type-r knob. it's spartan. i like. it'll prob. work the best too.

ive always like the "old school truck 3 foot shifter"..

the shifter in the first pic is $200.

ive got 2 extra stock shifters and one extra short shifter to mess with. plus these stock shifters are cheap if i want to screw around more.

i was going to just lengthen the stock shifter, but i want something odd looking

Or get a cool rock out of your yard, drill a large hole in it. Fill the whole with like JB weld, then tap the hole with the correct thread. Use a rock as your shifter.

Or use a Tap kit and make just about anything a shifter. Maybe a big "crystal" faucet knob

i've got a 1st gen isuzu trooper shifter you can have if you pull it from the transmission it's attached to. or, some schedule 40 pipe from lowes ftw.

just buy an S2000, preferably AP2. Best shifter ever, right out of the box. (AP1 is prob 2nd best shifter ever).
