I have a 4-bedroom, 2 full bathroom house available for rent beginning August 2008. (If desired, I could ask the current tenants if they are able to end their lease early if you need to since they have been there for 2 years and graduate in May). I have some pics in my Gallery, but if you want more let me know. The house has all the essentials - washer/dryer, A/C, wireless internet, etc. The last three times I have rented the place it has been leased by the first people that have come to look at it so I am expecting/hoping for it to go soon. It is located off of Lineberry in the subdivision behind Melrose Apartments (address: 1813 Deep Forest Trail). Other amenities include: large deck, front/backyard (although the backyard is not too exciting), kitchen, high ceilings and living room. 2 of the bedrooms are smaller than the other 2 bedrooms (with one of the 2 large rooms being the master bedroom with a full bath). Hopefully that makes sense.

Rent is still $1,350/month + utilities.

Room sizes:
- Master Bedroom: 15.2 x 11 plus full private bathroom
- Other Big Bedroom (w/ Washer/Dryer in one of the closets): 21 x 10
- Smaller Bedroom #1: 12 x 10
- Smaller Bedroom #2: 12 x 10

For the smaller bedrooms, I used to live in one of them and had a queen bed, dresser, night stand, computer desk, and TV. It was by no means spacious with all that stuff in there, but it definitely is not bad.

E-mail Chris or Catherine at jcb2n@yahoo.com if you are interested (as I check that e-mail more than I do my Wolf Web account).

I have had bad experiences with renting to tenants with pets in the past, but - as a pet-owner myself - am not entirely opposed to it. I just recently had the place re-painted and re-carpeted so, ideally, would prefer to keep it pet-free if possible. Feel free to email me if you would like to discuss specifics.

How many rooms in the house are wired for high speed internet (not including wireless)?

hmmm...I'm not entirely sure (I'm not overly technical). 1 maybe? We have internet service through the cable company and then 1 wireless router (the router is currently located in the master bedroom). does that help?

I used to live in this house a few years ago. Landlord is a young couple, pretty much stays out of your way but pretty responsive if you need anything. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. 4 bedrooms, a deck, etc... good deal for $1350 a month.

One last bttt...we are scheduling appointments for the next 7-10 days (for those that contacted me already, we will be calling you shortly to let you know when we will be in town to show the place). Thanks.

House has been leased for the 2008-2009 school year and is no longer available. I appreciate the interest that we received.
