I saw a turquoise colored Chrysler (I think) mini-van with 2GRL1CUP as its license plate. It was new, I'm basing this assumption on the fact that the letters were red, and it was driving up Gorman. I went to take a picture with the cell phone, and the light changed to green, and they were going straight and I was turning right. Could that be in reference to the video?
