I am trying to sell this video card because I got it for Christmas, but I do not have a x16 PCI Express slot. It is 256MB 64-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Video Card. Has a D-Sub port, DVI port, and S-Video output port. Max Res is 2048 x 1536 and has a nice cooling fan. Box has been opened, but nothing has been used.

low profile means that it can fit into smaller applications, such as a docking station, but it will work in a desktop as well. As for a comparison to the ATI card, i really dont know...maybe somebody will know better than me.
