Rent includes high speed internet, local phone, and water. Power bill is split evenly among the roommates (usually $25- $40 per person). Deposit is one month’s rent. The room is approx 11x10 (rent is $375) and is available now. The lease is flexible. There is no set term, but we require two months notice before you move out.

There are 2 roomates there now – 1 M/ 1 F, and a dog (retriever mix). All are laid back, not messy, and non-smokers. The open room is on the 2nd floor, along with Alex’s room. Bryson (the dog) stays on the 1st floor, where his owner’s room is.
