Just loaded up the game and checked out weapon selection in the menu.

2 out of 5 of the total weapons available for each class must be purchased from the Marketplace

really gay tho if they charge you for guns right off the bat...its one thing if they release the guns later and charge you for them then, but charging for content thats already on the disc is not cool

Yea... you can check out the intro movie and whatnot by launching the beta from the demos section. After that all you can pretty much do is check out settings and the unlock sections.

I really really hate when games hold out on content like that.
