2 bedroom apartment with 1 room available for rent from now to July 31. It is an individual lease so you don't have to worry about your roommate paying on time. A female roommate is preferred. Current roommate is pretty easy-going and clean (not OCD clean though). I just moved to Durham to be closer to school.

The room is fully furnished-new furniture (desk, full size bed, large dresser, large mirrored closet, you have your own bathroom-pretty big, you may choose to have your own furniture there. The living and dining area are also furnished (washer and dryer are in a closet area next to the dining room). The kitchen comes with a stove, fridge, and microwave.


Water and garbage is paid for, electricity runs about $45 per person and if you want cable, you can share the bill with the roommate, $28/mth per person.

You have the option of driving to school, which is 1.5 miles away, or taking the CAT bus for free (the stop is a few feet away), there is the option of getting on the Wolfine after the CAT bus gets to the Avent Ferry Shopping Center and onward stops.


Perks: Swimming pool, game room with big screen tv, 24hr gym, tanning bed, you can pay rent online, computer lab, study rooms, basketball and volleyball court, the apartment complex always has events going on, so there are many opportunities for free food!
