yeah yeah i know, football bat and everything.

has anyone lived over there? any advice?

looking for preferably 1 bedroom and a place that allows pets.

i lived at camden governor's village off mount carmel church road.... actually really nice and allowed pets

Depends on how nice of a place you want and how much money you will part with.

I stayed in Bolinwood for a while. They allow any size pet, 2br is about the same cost as 1br places elsewhere

Yes if you have a BMW convertible or soft top jeep of course it's gonna get messed with at some point, but I had motorcycles overthere and they were never touched.

They took $30 is BS fees out of my deposit, but not as bad as most complexes.

we live at camden now and the management sucks. nice location, nice apartments, crappy management and expensive.

^ oh i was only there for like 4 months over the summer, and they were actually really nice to us.

much cheaper than the DC apartments I was used to

I live in Farrington Lake now (right off of I-40 and 54). The apartments are decent and they allow pets (they say the exclude certain breeds of dogs, however, no one enforces this rule). The management sucks, and your car is likely to get broken into. My neighbor had his window knocked out last night, for the second time this year. My cars have been broken into a total of 4 times...

Yeah, I picked bolinwood since it seemed as safe as the more expensive places. Jane (the woman that runs it) and the maint. guy are nice too.

The 3brs are about $750, 2brs are $600 or $650 I think. That includes water, which is great since OWASA charges about double what Raleigh does.
